If you purchased product or apparel through gecdirect.com, are not satisfied and would like to return it, please refer to the following guidelines:

1) Supplements and Apparel must be received within 30 days of purchase.

2) Apparel must be received unworn, unwashed, with tag and in good condition.

3) Supplement returns are only accepted if purchased through gecdirect.com. We are unable to process returns, nor provide prepaid return labels for Third Party Retailer purchases.

4) Please direct all inquiries for returns to info@gecdirect.com
